1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Velsol Beauty will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this return policy.
