Shipping Partner

We proudly ship orders through PostEx, one of Pakistan's trusted courier and Cash on Delivery (COD) service providers.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during public holidays, severe weather, or unexpected courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • The correct cash amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Your phone number is active so the courier can contact you if needed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

We may also offer Free Shipping during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available). You can use it to monitor the status of your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package because the customer is unavailable or the provided address or phone number is incorrect, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and products

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.
